The positionResponsible for the administrative support of the Global Business Services Center BAI leadership team and the office organization of theGlobal Business Services Center in Buenos Aires. Maintaining processes regarding purchasing, records control, payments control, travel and event arrangement. Cooperation with other divisions within the company to ensure that all the relevant processes go in compliance with BI standards, policies and procedures.Tasks and responsabilities

  • General office organization and administrative support for Global Business Services Center Finance and Global Business Services Center HR teams.
  • Organization of business travels and support in expense administration.
  • Supervision and of hotel arrangements and transportation for visits of the Global Business Services Center Buenos Aires.
  • Preparation and organization of meetings and events (incl. events with 150+ participants) including organization of note-taking. Updating of presentations, documentation and data bases.
  • Follow-up of purchasing processes and invoicing, purchase order creation.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in office administration.
  • Knwoledge in purchasing processes, records control, payments control, travel and event arrangement.
  • Good relationship skills with different profesional levels.
  • Strong communication skills & MS Office Application Knowledge.
  • Result orientation & self-organization.
