MU Immigration ProcessorAbout Role:Mobility operates one of the world’s largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.Responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end immigration processes for employees relocating within and across Market Unit (MU). This role ensures compliance with local immigration and tax laws, coordinates with internal stakeholders, and provides expert guidance to employees and business units on immigration requirements.Key Responsibilities:
- Immigration Processing & Compliance: Manage immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws and company policies.
- Documentation & Case Management: Coordinate and process visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation for inbound and outbound assignees.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Mobility, Legal, and external immigration vendors to facilitate smooth and timely processing of immigration requests.
- Advisory & Consultation: Provide guidance to employees and business leaders on immigration requirements, risks, and best practices.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of immigration cases, track expirations, and ensure timely renewals and extensions.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across different MUs to enhance efficiency.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess potential immigration risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Communication & Training: Assist in training and updating business stakeholders on immigration policies and procedures.
Must have
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel
- Basic understanding of immigration processes and legal compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and case management systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
