An inclusive company that empowers you to do your best and be innovative?We are looking for an DC Replenishment to make a difference!· Responsible for material replenishment (raw material and/or finished goods).· Use MRP (right balance of Resource Vs Demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place.· Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Planning Leader and Supply and Inventory Planner.· Key Responsibilities· Responsible for material replenishment (raw material and/or finished goods).Main Activities· Ensure MRP (Demand Vs Resource balancing) is executed in ERP and used as an input to drive replenishment· PR to PO conversion through ERP batch job at Vendor – Material Level and aligned to forecast· Action on MRP Exceptions and work with suppliers to advise / expedite the deliveries· Manage Customer Requests Workflows· Ensure the stock is available by analyzing and taking right actions· Record the Purchase Orders Acknowledgement, Advance Shipping Notification in ERP and manage invoice discrepancy if any.· Be primary contact of the suppliers· Actively participate in meetings with country team to alignment of main projects and material priorities.QualificationsPosition requirements· High school diploma or equivalent· English advanced· Experience in SC Planning environment· Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets· Behavior: Dynamic, Proactive, Analytical Ability, Good communication skillsYou must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
