We produce high-performing video and static ad creatives primarily for Meta.
Our team operates remotely with a pod-based approach, ensuring specialization and efficiency across projects.Role OverviewThe Video Editor is responsible for editing and producing high-performing ad creatives that look engaging, native, and attention-grabbing while maintaining a direct response focus.You will collaborate with Creative Strategists & Creator Coordinators to bring concepts to life, ensuring that each video aligns with best practices for Meta & TikTok ads while maintaining high-quality storytelling, pacing, and editing standards.This role is perfect for someone who understands short-form, high-converting ad styles and can edit quickly without sacrificing quality.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging short-form video ads – Transform raw footage into high-converting ads optimized for Meta & TikTok.Create multiple ad variations – Adapt core concepts into different hooks, variations, and iterations to test performance.Maintain a high level of attention retention – Use pacing, captions, sound effects, and engaging visuals to keep users watching.Follow creative briefs & brand guidelines – Ensure edits match the client’s voice, style, and objectives.Stay ahead of trends – Keep up with ad trends, editing techniques, and platform changes to ensure high-performing edits.Collaborate with the creative team – Work closely with strategists, coordinators, and creators to refine concepts and deliver top-tier work.Manage and store footage – Efficiently archive and catalog raw footage so it can be easily accessed and reused for future concepts.RequirementsProven experience as a Video Editor – Strong background in editing for Meta/TikTok ads or performance-driven content.Expertise in editing software – Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other relevant tools.Experience with direct response marketing – Understands how copy, visuals, and pacing influence ad performance.Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented – Can edit quickly while maintaining high quality.Strong sense of visual storytelling – Knows how to craft compelling narratives that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.Great English – Easily comprehends briefs, brand guidelines, and creative concepts to ensure consistent messaging, Good grammar level to spot autosub caption mistakes.KPIsEditing Output – Deliver 2-3 videos per day (45-60s video ads)Editing Turnaround – Deliver a video edited within 24-36 hours of receiving footageOn-Time Delivery – Adherence to deadlines and production schedulesCollaboration & Adaptability – Positive feedback from strategists, coordinators, and clientsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Growthub by 2xGet notified about new Video Editor jobs in Argentina.
