SummaryINTUS Windows is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy NetSuite Accountant to manage the entry, accuracy, and validation of accounting data within our NetSuite ERP platform.
This role supports Finance and Accounting operations by ensuring clean, consistent, and well-tested financial data across core accounting modules — including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.Performance ObjectivesNetSuite Accounting Data ManagementEnter and validate accounting-related data in NetSuite.Ensure completeness and accuracy of all accounting entries in NetSuite across AR, AP, GL, and Payroll modules.Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies or configuration issues.Support daily transactional entry, adjustments, and posting of journal entries under supervision.Testing & System ValidationAssist in testing accounting processes across NetSuite modules:Validate system workflows for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Payroll.Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during NetSuite updates or enhancements.Work closely with the Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to identify and troubleshoot accounting-related system errors or configuration gaps.Help document testing procedures and results for audit and compliance purposes.Month-End & Operational SupportSupport the month-end close process by preparing, verifying, and entering journal entries in NetSuite.Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and running reports to support financial review.Ensure system data is closed and locked appropriately in accordance with internal deadlines.Documentation & Internal SupportMaintain accurate documentation of system processes, data input standards, and workflows within NetSuite.Assist accounting team members in navigating NetSuite functionality and resolving data entry issues.Contribute to continuous improvement of NetSuite accounting procedures and controls.Performs other duties as assigned.Key CompetenciesStrong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and accounting module navigation.Understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative accounting team.Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting data manipulation.Effective communication and organizational skills.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years of hands-on strong experience in NetSuite ERP.Solid understanding of general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end processes.Experience working with accounting data across modules like AR, AP, GL, and Payroll.What We OfferRemote work opportunity.Working hours 8-5 EST (preferred).
