If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.YOUR IMPACTYou will have an immediate impact on our firm’s engagement economics, finance processes, and tools.You will work alongside client service teams to manage client engagement economics across the full engagement lifecycle, including budgeting and financial set up, monthly monitoring of revenue and expenses, and billing/accounts receivable.You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with firm policies, by verifying accounting activities and entries are in line with the client agreements and firm guidelines, address inconsistencies, and propose solutions. You will be positioned to act as a resource for team members, providing training, coaching and support. Additionally, you will provide ad-hoc analyses and regional/global special project support as needed.You will cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with various stakeholders who depend on your expertise, acting as an expert to help consultants think strategically through their budgets and partner with them on long-term client programs. Your support enables our firm to fulfill its mission to accelerate sustainable and inclusive growth for our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.You will join our global Client Finance team. This team is dedicated to managing the economics of our client engagements through the project lifecycle, serving as subject matter experts to internal stakeholders. – 5+ years finance and/or accounting experience, preferably in the professional services industry
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Strong problem-solving and time management skills
– Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity independently
– Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with others
– Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
– SAP knowledge is a plus
– Ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent)
