This is your opportunity to operate at the dynamic intersection of major technological and tax/regulatory change.Your key responsibilitiesYou will be working on large finance and tax transformations, helping our clients leverage SAP or similar ERP platforms to improve the tax function by supporting and automating internal and external operations of multinational tax departments.

Activities include:Support SAP tax workstreams and overall tax engagement PMOLeverage PowerPoint slides and SAP system demos to drive «Art of the Possible» and SAP for Tax design workshopsAssist in creating program a tax workshop scheduleTake ownership of scheduling recurring meetings, creating agendas and coordinating status deck updates from the various tax workstreamsSupport gathering tax requirements as part of the direct tax, withholding tax and/or transfer pricing workstreamTrack final tax requirements in the requirements traceability matrix and program PMO toolsSupport build of tax requirements in SAP S4HANA and/or tax solution buildsSupport tax data conversion, system testing, training and hyper-careSkills and attributes for successHaving an ability to understand key finance and tax processesWorking collaboratively with cross-functional tax and advisory teamsDelivering quality work in alignment with key business metricsA flexible and highly responsive/communicative working styleTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldA minimum of three years of related experience, e.g. supporting tax or transfer pricing complianceA strong interest in technology and its use in business processesExcellent communication and business writing skillsAn entrepreneurial approach to workStrong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional client-serving business skillsIdeally, you’ll also haveEnterprise resource planning (ERP) experience, including SAP or Oracle, including translation of business needs into requirements for system design, configuration and testingExperience working as part of a large, multidisciplinary project that impacts multiple finance/tax function stakeholdersExperience defining and documenting data/reporting needs and processes for a finance/tax functionA broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processesAwareness of third-party tax systemsWhat we look forWe are looking for technical professionals with a good understanding of finance/tax and the interface with technology and systems.
