You’ll be responsible for creating detailed structural models using REVIT, working closely with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality results.
As a Remote Structural Modeler, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and collaborate with professionals from around the world, making significant impacts in various architecture and engineering projects.ResponsibilitiesUtilize REVIT to produce accurate and detailed structural models for residential and commercial projects (woodframe, steel & concrete)Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering specificationsProvide drafting support in the preparation of construction documents and detailed drawingsParticipate in virtual meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and updatesMaintain document organization and version control throughout the modeling processRequirementsProven experience in structural modeling using REVIT, with a strong portfolio of completed projectsPrevious experience working for the U.S MarketUnderstanding of structural engineering principles and building standards for wood, steel and concrete mainlyAbility to interpret architectural and engineering documents and drawingsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environmentDetail-oriented with a dedication to producing high-quality workSelf-motivated and capable of managing time effectively to meet project deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in English, both written and verbalA portfolio showcasing your previous work in structural modeling is requiredBenefitsWork for the most exciting companies in the North American MarketFlexible schedulesWork from anywhereHighly competitive compensation
