OverviewMarketing Coordinator position with base pay range of $14,400.00/yr – $20,000.00/yr.

If you have experience managing content calendars, coordinating creative projects, and optimizing marketing operations, this role may be a fit.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the creative team to ensure all marketing content is produced efficiently, aligns with strategic goals, and is delivered on time.
You will maintain a rolling 3-month content calendar, manage the production of creative assets, and ensure data on our marketing dashboard is accurate and actionable.
This role supports marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, and other channels, helping drive engagement, brand consistency, and growth for our clients.What you’ll doResponsibilitiesContent Calendar Management: Design and maintain a 3-month rolling content calendar that is at least 80% filled with planned content; coordinate with creative, copywriting, and social media teams to ensure alignment and timely publication; implement tools and processes to track content production and optimize the calendar for engagement and goals.Creative Production Coordination: Ensure the creation and completion of a minimum of 35 creative concepts per month (including 25 videos and 10 images); manage timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize content; track progress and provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager and stakeholders.Dashboard Implementation and Management: Design and implement a Looker dashboard to monitor creative production metrics (asset volume, turnaround times, approval rates); set up automated data pipelines for real-time accuracy; optimize the dashboard for actionable insights and data-driven decisions.Process Optimization: Develop streamlined workflows for content creation, approval, and scheduling; use flowcharts and swim-lane diagrams to identify improvements; implement new tools or project management software as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Manager, creative, and other teams to align on strategies and content priorities; facilitate regular meetings and clear communications about deadlines and changes to calendars or plans.Reporting and Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics (content output, turnaround times, approval rates); analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content management, or a similar roleProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and content management systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and experience building dashboardsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processesBenefitsUnlimited Paid Time OffFlexible Remote Work Environment (optional in-person office in New Jersey)Professional Development resources and conferencesCareer Growth Opportunities across operations, sales, creative, and media buyingCompany events, team-building activities, and virtual meetupsTechnology stipend for home office equipment, software, or toolsImpactful work with a fast-growing, Inc. 5000-recognized companyJob detailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: MarketingIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Client Accelerators.
