The firm manages a steady flow of legal matters and values professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency in providing excellent support to clients and attorneys.About the roleAs a Legal Receptionist/Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients and legal partners, managing phone communications and handling basic administrative tasks.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in client interactions.U.S. Law Firm Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.What you’ll be doingManage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with reminders.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management.Support the intake manager and legal team with day-to-day tasks.Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team member when needed.Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional demeanor.Answer and make phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported.Who are we looking for?
1+ year of experience in administrative, receptionist, or clerical roles; law firm experience is a plus.Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
