This role is essential in supporting the firm’s client management operations by overseeing the logistics of legal cases, ensuring smooth workflow, and client communication, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.What you’ll be doingServe as the primary contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism.Gather, document, and assess client information to determine case viability and align with legal requirements.Use CRM software to manage and track client interactions, ensuring accurate records and efficient case progress.Coordinate with attorneys to set expectations and prioritize cases, ensuring each client receives timely communication and support.Maintain detailed records and tracked case progress, providing updates to clients and supporting case-related needs.Monitor case milestones and deadlines, helping ensure that client cases progress efficiently and meet legal standards.Who are we looking for?
