Overview

This position will oversee a multi-function team, manage client relationships, and support broader operations management when needed.

Qualifications
Proven supervisory experience leading teams of at least 50 people, ideally in customer service or related industries.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience working with KPIs and workflow management tools.
Advanced English.
