OverviewJoin to apply for the Crisis Response Management Agent role at Cognizant.The Crisis Response Management Agent gathers real-time information on natural disasters or climatic catastrophes, both globally and regionally, and reports this information to the client.
You will be a valued member of the Crisis Response Management team and work collaboratively with our clients and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide real-time information on natural disasters or climatic catastrophes to ensure users of the client\’s search engine can access detailed and timely information.Obtain information from various sources and tools, organizing and classifying the data for effective communication.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and client interaction, ensuring the information is conveyed clearly and effectively.Work collaboratively within a team, showing initiative and responsibility to meet the client\’s standards and processes.Directly contribute to the dissemination of obtained information, enhancing public awareness of global and regional climatic or ecological events.Work ModelWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
