Company specialized in providing Data Mining and BI services to different clients around the worldWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Modeler with expertise in Databricks to design and maintain enterprise-level data models, ensure data integrity, and support data-driven decision-making processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Data Modeling & Design:
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Implement best practices for scalable, efficient, and flexible data models.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and accuracy across enterprise systems.
Data Integration & Management:
- Design and manage data pipelines within Databricks and other cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers to implement data integration strategies.
Collaboration & Business Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
Performance Optimization:
- Conduct data model performance tuning and optimization.
- Establish and enforce data modeling standards and best practices.
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Lead and mentor data modelers and analysts on best practices in data architecture and modeling.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team development.
Requisitos:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
- Expertise in Databricks and cloud-based data platforms (
, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Scala.
- Experience in data governance, metadata management, and master data management.
- Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in Databricks or related technologies.
- Experience with large-scale data warehouse and big data solutions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data architecture and data management.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
