– Assist in the execution of M&A;, debt restructuring and capital raising transactions
– Manage live deal processes in all stages from origination to execution
– Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis
– Organize and prepare presentations, analyze, and explain industry trends, and assess clients’ situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommend strategies to meet client goals
– Coordinate, manage and mentor Analysts in complex and time-sensitive processes involving various transactions, by providing detailed guidance and feedback, managing information flow, and providing credit and exposure information to Analysts, as appropriate
– Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forwardDESIRED BACKGROUND
– Prior Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting experience (4-6 years)
– Experienced in all aspects of M&A;, capital raising and debt restructuring, comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly
– Capable of producing high quality work on short timelines
– Modeling, valuation, and presentation drafting experience (Excel and PowerPoint)
– Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
– Demonstrated team player and leader
